We gather every Wednesday at the Artisan City offices (689 Central Ave) from 7-8pm to learn to pray. We typically have a couple worship songs, read the Lord's Prayer, and pray together (whether quietly, journaling, in small groups, or out loud together).

This class is for all new or new-ish people with good food, sitting around round tables. You'll hear an overview of our mission, vision, values, structure, and opportunities to plug in. You'll also have an opportunity to ask our pastors any questions you have about Artisan City. This class is on the third Sunday of the month, directly after service from 12pm to 1:30pm.

We believe the most biblically faithful and practical way to follow Jesus and experience community is to belong to a local church. The church is the best place to experience care and accountability. Membership is for people who are devoted to Jesus, have been baptized, and desire to passionately pursue God’s presence, practices, and people as we pour out our lives for the good of others. Becoming a member includes learning about, believing in, and faithfully living out our shared beliefs, mission, values, and practices.

Community groups are a key part of our church family. Most meetings are held weekly at the home of a group member.

At Artisan City Church, we believe God has placed real callings in every one of us—for your neighborhood, your work, your creativity, your city.
If you’ve ever thought, ‘I have an idea to help people… I feel a nudge from God… I've started but don't know what to do next’—we’ve created something for you called Canvas.
Canvas is Artisan's space where we develop, support, connect, incubate and launch innovative Kingdom callings.
Please fill out the Canvas interest form below to share some of your background and ideas. We’d love to meet with you and talk further.

Join a Serve Team
One of our values at Artisan City is, "Everyone Plays a Part." This means we don't merely attend the church, but seek to embody the teachings of Jesus through serving. We have dozens of opportunities to serve including but not limited to serving with Artisan Kids, praying with people who respond, before service, leading a group, and much more. This is the next step to getting involved!

The purpose is to create a welcoming first encounter for everyone by providing helpful information, clear directions, and appropriate next steps. This team is for those who have a heart to connect and invite people into deeper community and formation as a part of the ACC community.

The purpose of the Worship Team is to create environments where people can encounter the living God and are empowered to worship extravagantly in everyday life. This team uses their musical and technical gifts and talents to genuinely worship God and leads others into worship. We create distraction-free environments where everyone can experience the presence and love of Jesus, even when that work is done behind the scenes. This team blends into the backdrop so Jesus gets center stage.

The purpose of the FILO (First in, Last Out) Team is to provide the foundation for our Sunday gatherings, setting up the literal environment for our encounter with God and community. There is a deep heart that goes beyond just experiencing gatherings, but to make space for it as an act of worship.

Artisan Kids is more than just childcare! The purpose of our Artisan Kids Teams are to partner with parents to raise kids who passionately pursue God’s presence, practices, and people as they pour out their lives for the good of others. You will be a part of helping kids grow in faith and build meaningful friendships. These teams intentionally invest in the lives of children through providing safe environments, fun experiences, and engaging biblical teaching. We want to make it as easy as possible for parents to bring their children to church and help them grow together as a family. Through these teams, we hope that every child consistently experiences the love of Jesus and is guided to live out the way of Jesus.

The purpose of the Creative Team is to bridge the gap between the people of St Pete and the church through inspiring services, media, art and storytelling. Creatives actively chase the vision of Artisan City Church through discovering where everyday life and faith intersect. All things are done with the desire to point people’s attention to the beauty of Jesus and what He’s done and is doing in our region, community and church to bring people one step closer to community and to Him.

The formation team’s goal is to provide practical training, tools and opportunities for the people attending Artisan City to dive deeper into pursuing God’s presence, practices and people. This team is focused around the prayer life of our church, the classes we offer, and building our community up through groups and partnership.

The purpose of all of our Welcome Teams are to create meaningful experiences for guests and team members where everyone feels considered and known. On each Welcome Team, you’ll be a part of cultivating a warm atmosphere that will guide others on their journey with Jesus, through radical hospitality. We want to make it easy for everyone to engage in the life of our community and in a non-anxious environment. We hope that every person who walks through our doors will encounter the love of Jesus overflowing from our hearts as they interact with our team.
